Aileron sense problem

Hi I am new to V-bar and and when I have been setting up my logo600 I have struck a problem. I have the latest version of the software.

When I am in the 'cyclic' page and do the procedure as outlined in the manual to lift up the heli and tilt it forward to check which way the sensor works for the 'elevator' it comes up in the little graph screen and you can see the swash physically tilt. All good.

But when I do this with the 'Aileron' there is no movement on the graph and I can't see the swash physically move at all. When I move the aileron stick I can see it move but nothing if I just turn the heli simulating a 1/4 to 1/2 roll.

I have tried everything tonight and can't get it to work. In the live menu under the gyro part for the aileron it sits on 4088 and will change at all. The elevator and rudder move about 100 points or so but nothing on the aileron.

Anyone got any suggestions at all please?

Sounds like a dead sensor. Ask on the vstabi.de forum.

I have posted it but have had little response. I have also sent an email to mikado about the problem. I have waited 3 weeks for the heli to get to me now I can't set it up. It has flown 1 flight before I got it and worked fine. Maybe a wire is loose or something.

Hi Shawn I have asked there and had little response. It looks like it has to go back to Mikado.

Anyone know the turn around time? I have a Logo6003D that is begging to be flown and thus far hasn't been because of this unit.

I would just buy another unit whilst mine is getting repaired but you can't get them.
