I'm building a new mini titan and seem to have run into a little problem. I can not seem to get blade grips tightened without bearings coming notchy. I've checked and checked again that everything is as it's supposed to. When I pull out on the bearings the notchiness seems to be gone. Could this be just slightly too thick dampeners ??
It's just notchy at rest. As you've noticed, when you pull on the blades, the notchiness is gone. There's probably more centripedal force than what you applied working on the blades during flight. I've experienced the same notchiness at rest, and worried about it too.
Don't. I learned not to. If the bearings are good, and you built it correcty, you're all good.
Just go fly.
