Dumb Question

OK, so the nitro I bought came with a Sanwa RD6000 tx and rx. I will be replacing the rx with an AR7100 to use with my DX7 and was wondering whether the RD6000 tx would work with the Esky rx with the same frequency xtal? I only ask as the Sanwa rx is massive and wouldn't fit in the Belt so wondered if I can do it with the Sanwa tx / Esky rx?

Hi Gerd how are you bro :) I dont know the answer, but it will only take you a minute to find out wont it?;)

Have you been able to get much flying done or are you still too busy?

I know that the Esky receiver will not work with a Futaba radio...at least not with mine.

Nope, not got much flying done really but now that I am not running the site and not going back to Q8 until September I am hopeful of changing that. GHave my CopterX. Scorpion Motor/ESC and Hitec HS65MG's on their way so looking forward to getting that in the air.

I tried briefly with the Sanwa tx and Esky rx but the servos were just going mental so I assume the answer is no! Looking to get a Sanwa rx now so that I can sell on one of the belt's with CNC head/tail, SG90's all round, HH Gyro and computer tx/rx.

With regards to the site, it may well be up and running again soon as I am looking at handing it off to someone else at the moment to continue to run it. :)

Well I hope you do get some flying in. Every time I manage to find time, I start to improve really quickly:) and then regress again as if I leave it a coupl of weeks:roll:

And flying well really is the most amazing fun:thumbup:
