Help with a battery log

I have a 10s and I want to take advantage of the information it gives you. I am going to start keeping a log for each of my batteries. What information is most important to document? I figure mah put back into the pack would be important. Probably what rate I charged at and how long it took. I appreciate your help. Also, does anyone have a sample of a log they are already using.

I have a 10s...Do you mean a Cellpro10S ? If so you could simply log each cycle to your PC via the optional PC cable.
