Andrew,
If your paddles are deflecting 8 degs just by moving the collective from max negative pitch to full postive pitch. And vice versa. You definitely have something screwed up big time and need some experienced help.
It says in your signature you have a 9Z. Do you have the transmitter set to the correct mode for 120 deg eCCPM? What is the designation of the mode you have it set to in the Swash Parameter menu?
The swash plate is perfectly level at 50% of the pitch range?
Is the swash plate still level at full positive pitch?
Is the swash plate still level at full negative pitch?
Also you need to take some pictures of the swashplate and all the linkages and post them.

OK
Eric Larson told me it could be SR-3. he hasn't used this Radio for a long time. But i think it should be right.
I don't know if the Swash is perfectly. i haven't got any blades to set the pitch.
I will post some pics in a min.

Well there is many mistakes just from what I can see in the pictures.
Lets take the screen shot of the pitch curve in the radio.
That pitch curve is not linear. It appears you have the hover pitch activated and the curve is bowed to the extreme. That line should be completely straight from the bottom left corner to the top right corner.
If both sticks are centered exactly. None of the servos are 90 degs. The swash plate should be level at 50% of the pitch range on the transmitter. With both sticks centered exactly. The swash should be level. That swash is not level.
To make sure both sticks are centered exactly. Go into the SRV menu, this is in the Systems section. Once you pull up the SRV screen, you can make sure both sticks are centered. By putting the collective stick in the center. If you have it exactly in the center, then the Ail, Ele, and Pitch indicators will be centered on the graphs. There will none of the bars showing above or below the line.
Eric Larson told me it could be SR-3. he hasn't used this Radio for a long time. But i think it should be right.
Did you get this radio from Eric and trying to set your model up to a programmed model he left in the radio?
If that is the case, that is why your having so much trouble. All it takes to throw the whole setup off is a few of the rods being slightly different lengths than they were on Eric's heli. Servos being splined slightly different. Add all that together and there is big difference.
I have said this before. You need to get someone with eCCPM experience to give you some hands on help. From what I see in the pictures the model is a long way from being setup correctly. Start with a fresh model in the transmitter and set it up from scratch.
Also if this was NIB kit. The plastic guide to setup the servos correctly should have been in the kit.
This is what it will look like

Woow
Sorry for being a noob :arggg: That was the reason i could not get the 90 degs on my tempest.
Yes i have the plastic guide.
So i will try to set it up slowly.
David your great! Thanks for your help  . :noteworthy

Just to add. The servo for the fore/aft on the swash. The ball on that servo has to be set 2.5 degs offset towards the rear of the heli when the sticks are centered.
There is section on the plastic servo guide for this offset. That ball is not going to be 90 degs to the servo. The elevator bellcrank is not a 90 deg bellcrank, that is why the offset is required. This applies only to the Tempest model.

I saw the pics and it was way off man. Like David said: 50% collective (half travel), Mid Stick on the collective and no other mixing or anything. Set the wheels so they are straight up and down and the lines look like a perfect +. Then adjust the LONG rods from the servo wheel to the bellcrank so they sit Level with the frame. You should be able to spot a flat surface somewhere around the bellcrank to kinda go by. Eyeballing is dang acurate though. Then set the rod lenghts reccomended in the manual from the swash up. Dont forget to set the elevator bellcrank though however its supposed to be. Dang Tempest.

If he uses the lengths for all the rods that is in the instruction manual. Every thing will like it is suppose to be. MA took those measurements when they built the heli and got it set up correctly. The measurements listed in the instructions are for the exposed rod between the links on each end. Make the rods those lengths exactly and the heli will need very little adjustment if any at all when it is first flown. Follow the instructions exactly for the setup.

I'm learning this lesson the hard way! I noticed a weird action on my stratus, and after checking I hurried through the links and had them screwy. All better now...

Hi Guys
So i have got the perfect 90 deg and on elevator of 2.5 deg with NO SUB Trim :D The settings are all perfectly but the paddles are still moving 2 degs :? The Swash is is on the Elevator not perfectly level. So shell i just Trim it or adjust the push rod? It looks like 1 Servo is moving faster and the atv is on all servos 100% (I have got the 90 Degs perfect! Believe me  ). Can i somehow slow the servo down?

You could try using a p-mix.
