I got the new socket head cap screws in the mail on Saturday.
Be sure to pull the swash apart and re-do it. Mine separated on me after about 3 flights.

Hey guys,
Other than the few bugs with the new se, is it a good kit and how does it fly compared to a zoom or other electrics that you have had? I was looking at one at the LHS and it looks sweet, but all the electric experience that I have was with a hornet that I almost gave away to stop me from trying to get the thing to fly good.
Any info would be helpful. Thanks
Sam

It's a very nice kit. The build is quick, but you need to have quality hex drivers or you'll strip the screw heads in the kit. Also, you need to be careful not to gorilla the screws down.
Other than the Swash, which has been an Issue with Align's heli's forever, it's a great little machine. It's stable in flight, but I haven't had the chance to do anything 3D with it yest.
There's plenty of videos around of the SE doing it's thing. The stock Motor / ESC is finally decent (and a great deal for the price).
I can't compare it to any other helis. I've only had a TRex V2 about a year ago and sold it.

I'm certainly not unhappy with it. It's nice to look at too!

Hey Mike,
Thanks, the se is differently a looker. I might have to try one for myself.
