engine shuts off when i remove the glow starter

Hey guys,
When i start my OS 37 motor it starts right up, but when i go to take off the glow starter the engine dies immediately. Does this mean i need to purchase a new glow plug?

Sounds like it needs a new glow plug

flooded
idle too low
bad plug

Probably plug.

Thanks guys for the advice. I checked everything and it looks like the only thing it could be is the plug. So I ordered a few more.
