I just crashed my Mini Titan big time, nose down. All started upon lift off, and the tail started to sway on its own. tried to land it tail in but the more i tried to correct, the further and higher it went. and finally I had to crash down hard coz started to fly towards poeple. Lost my ESC, the lipo lookeds like sandwich after being thrown against the wall.
lesson learned: any problems, land it immediately. small crash is better than a hard one. luckily no one was hurt.
I was lucky to use the canopy as a one piece and didnt cut it except for the vents, and it basically took most of the impact, and the frame was still not too bad.
the only thing is my esc was not tied down hard enough and it basically crashed itself
against the frames, and it's gone.... with my lipo....
But i have to say, the canopy & frame was able to take the pounding. From the way the heli dived at lighting speed, i thought i would be out of this hobby ....... for this year.
