Hello everyone, A total newbie joining up with the community ! ;)

Have had my Picco Z for 2 weeks now, And i really got hooked at once and i want something else now. Something a little bigger. Something that would be good for a Beginner in the RC Heli's.

Anyone got any good ideas what would be good for a new fellah ?

Thanks in advance  !

A co-ax is a common next step. The Blade CX is very popular and comes with 2.4 GHz radio which is definitely the future for heli radios. I bought a Twister Medevac (co-ax) as my second heli but the Blade would have been a better deal.

Trouble is, this is just the start of the addiction. I now have a Trex 450 SE V2 (which is fabulous to fly but NOT indoors), a Trex 450 S in a Hughes 500 scale body and a Trex 500. Radio is Spektrum DX7 with AR7000 and AR6200 receivers.

I also ended up buying a Cellpro 10S LiPo charger, a charger for my TX, a lead acid battery for field charging, a charger for the lead acid battery, tools, spares, boxes to pack it all in, club fees, insurance - the list is endless. Would do it all again though. Best fun you can have without risking going to jail.

Oh - and if you move up past a co-ax, get a good SIM (Phoenix for choice). Worth its weight in virtual crashes.

You could check the stores on eBay.

ReadyHeli.com will ship to Sweden. :)

CX2 can't be beat for sure. Great little heli.

Vedis, I highly recommand the Walkera 4G1B if you want a little more challenge. It's only about $100 USD + shipping and the parts are readily available. This is a low risk way to learn a single-axial heli on a 15" sized heli that you can keep even after the training. With metal and carbon reenforced parts, a powerful motor for lift-off, single celled electronics/servo that reponds on a dime and the 2.4 gigahertz TX of course... certainly a far superior heli than the Lamas, the CX2, the Blades and others that I owned and tested. At this size you can fly it near the house and don't have to drive 1/2 hr to some field.

I found that a GOOD sim is the best thing for a beginner before u advance into a cccp heli..
