Am I even close?

Setup is a Stratus.
83mm long (aileron rods)
17mm elevator rod
3 x 25 mm bellcrank to swash (elevator is 1/4 turn longet than others)
All linkage reworked from servos out to MA manual lengths and 90* at wheels and bellcranks. (measured with Zona "L" square off main gear and top of frame for elev.)
Levelling tool used on swash, level at mid, high and low with no apparent interaction or lag.
+10, 0 mid, -10, paddles zero at mid.
cyclic measured at mains 7* fore/aft 7* right/left.
balance with canopy on, no fuel is tail down? (approximately 1" lower than blocks in frame)
YS 80, SB16, 690 V's 95mm V tail, V paddles, duralite 4400mAh, yada,yada, yada..
I'm still seeing 1+ degrees of roll (left) at midstick cyclic, measured at the main blade @ fore/aft that is immeasurable at high/low pitch.
Either I'm dead nuts, or I screwed it up real bad, I need input to determine my state of mind.

What promted me to give this a look it while inverted FF the tail dropped, and I had to trim to hover hands off.
Found I had rushed too much and had rod lengths close, but not dead on.

I thought at first is that the blade might be a little out of track, but since you flew it already I do not know. Where is David H when you need him. Paging Dr. David. Lamebird need help stat.

Flew it, saw bad juju, and removed the rods and reworked it all. Just finished after dark.
Might test fly in the morning..
I asked David, but he doesn't have a Stratus.
Talked to HC and will try to fly with him on the way home, but I don't think he can hover.. :roll:
Asked Clint and he said he'd look at it if I go to him this weekend.
Matt and Eric I don't have numbers for..
Will is just getting settled back home and I hate to bug him, weather may not be so great to fly in Asheville tommorow.
Watched Shannons' vids again, don't have his number either.

This is my first full setup, everything else I've bought was RTF or nearly so, So I'm doubting myself a little.

I went threw the setup on mine again a couple of days ago and was getting something strange with my cyclic to. It turned out to be the pitch and throttle trim knobs on my 9c had moved. I have since inhibited them. I do not know what radio you are flying but that might have something to do with it.

Rodney inhibited them last year at Clint's B-day. I haven't missed them yet.
I have a JR 9303. Its the same program that Clint set up on the Fury with elevator reversed. (verified all sub-trims are gone, ATVs at 100% no p-mixes, etc.)
Whatever I did is between my interpretation and installation.

i setup mine per book, first flight it was a hands off hover and the blades were perfect
