I've been trying to get my hawk pro set up properly and it's driving me nuts. The basic problem I'm having is at full up I'm at ~+11 degrees and at full negative I'm at only ~-9!:arggg: Now before you say it I'll tell you what I've done. I started with a linear pitch curve, set collective stick to 50% and checked for equal swash movement on either side Up and down....with dial calipers I might add and it's right there! Set sitck back to 50% throw (mid stick) and set blade pitch to 0 degrees. ( and yep ...the flybar was level) I also leveled the bell mixer arms, and the wash out arms. Everything is level, servo arms centered @ midstick positons with NO subtrim needed and yet still I get +11 and -9. I don't know what I could be missing. If my swash movment is eqaul and I'm at 0 degrees at half stick how can this be! The only way to get an even +/- 10 is to set my end points to 85 at the top and 115 on the bottom. Otherwise if flies great ...I love it.

This isn't just for the hawk, but any eccpm machine. What you need to do is lower the swashplate, and adjust the links that connect to the bell mixers.
When you lower the swash, it will bring your overall pitch down a little. Once you've done that, set yourself at mid stick, and lengthen the link from the swash to the bell mixer, then the link from the bell mixer to the blade grip to keep everything at 90 degrees. When you have everything at 90 again, if it's still not quite right, rince and repeat. Once you've done that, you should have equal pitch + and -, and 0 degrees at center stick.

Thanks for the help guys. For now I've just compensated using my epa adjustments. I'll pull it apart sometime when the weather is bad, right now I'm having too much FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:YeaBaby:
