converting the phoenix recorded flight

Hi to all
Sorry pls advise how can I convert the phoenix recorded flight to mov,mpeg
I am learn stick movement need to really slow down the video to see the stick movement and heli movement .

If you play back a recorded flight in phoenix you can control the speed of the playback. The slowest speed is 1/4x
