Hope someone can help, I've had my B400 since July 14. I've flown it appprox 15 times with zero trouble untill yesterday. I fly it with the DX6i in stock formation. When half way thorough my flight in stunt mode in a hover the thing went crazy and flipped over and into a corn field. I repaired it with all new parts and made all adjustments. I couldnt figure out what happened or if something came loose. After making repairs took back out and hovered for one battery pack making trim adjustments all seemed ok. Put a 2nd battery in and went again, hovered for a bit then went to stunt mode, as soon as I hit the f mode switch to stunt the B400 went crazy flipping around and inverting into the ground. In normal mode everything was just fine. I'm now afraid to repair and try again because I figure the same will happen again. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen only in the stunt mode. I've been fling helis for approx 2 months and am comfortable in hover and forward flight, so I'm fairly sure its not pilot error. Thanks for help in advance!!!

I would start by disconnecting the motor and seeing what happens with the servos when you switch to idle up. If they go nuts (or move at all) between normal and idle up you have some setup issues. I'm not very familiar with the DX6I but if you wanted I might be able to help you out sometime.

I thought of that to but both ailron servos are stripped and just run non stop when battery power is plugged in. This heli is only 2 weeks old and I think I'm going to send it back to Horizon hobby to take a look at it. I truely believe that its something in the transmitter thats gone bad. In the normal mode the heli flew great, but as soon as the switch was thrown to idle up all H--- broke loose and it went in hard. This is the 2nd time in 2 flights this happened in the idle up mode , the first I thought may have been my fault but after the exact same thing happened again theres no way! I'm better than that. I've flown it serveral times with no trouble in idle up mode and have made no changes to settings. So who knows??? :dontknow

I did find some servos from an old cp pro I had and plugged 2 into the ailron ports of the reciever. I also disconnected the motor leads. When I hit the mode switch at mid stick there really was no change in servo movement. I was really hoping they were going to make some strange movements. Now I'm really confussed..

Does the pitch curve match in both norm and idle up?
