Just checking my pitch on my Swift 550 Carbon and I dont have enough as what I wanted, so increased the range and adjusted the head link for tracking and i'm getting some binding. Its stopping the swash moving correctly when at bottom stick, and shows up as a tiny bit of play on the head as a result.
Located where the problem is too, and its on the section where the servos linkages join the the triangle shapped plastic and the ball link that connects the linkages the goes to the swash is hitting the CF frame. Heres a pic of the area.

Before I go sanding away my frames, has anyone encounterd this problem, or has found an error?
Ollie ;)
