Open Tail Box Latest Config?

I have not been following the open tail box threads lately and would like to get the straight scoop. What is the latest configuration i.e, pinned gears, gears with set screws, gear color, ect. I have two, one that came with the Fury kit (pinned grey gears) and one that was sent back to me after the update by Min Air for the Stratus (set screws, grey gears) which I don't need for it anymore. I would like to get the latest open box set up on my Fury.

the final setup, is gray gears (they may be dark gray), with a pinned input gear. The output gear has a large black metal collar, which is installed with set screws. The output shaft doesn't have any holes in it, only dimples.
