X9303 delivered without "bind plug"

Hello,

I just received my brand new 9303, but unfortunately I don't see any binding plug -
insted I see a kind of servo extension kable and the standard 3 way switch.

How can I bind the receiver with my transmitter without this special binding plug -
is there a possibility to do so ?

The bind plug, is simply a short between signal (orange), and ground (black), if you make a servo-plug with a wire to the outer contacts, your good.
