hey guys ,this may sound stupid to you pro`s but does the HC work with dx7? ,i can not find any info ,i used to have the FMA FS8 which would not work with 2.4 ghz ,also is this place any good ? http://www.quickheli.com/helicommand.htm , they have the HC Rigid for $600 ,is this a good deal ? ,i would like to purchase the HC early next week (got to wait for $) ,since i`m a noob i want to make sure it would work with my dx7 and i`m getting good deal , thanks guys ,

Personally find the combination of 'noob' and HC-Rigid rather strange.

I am fairly new too and bought the HC-3A which is enough to start of with. The HC has 3 sensors and allows You to fly without a gyro if You wish. DX7 is therefore doable. Just read around here and on RR and You will find pro's explaining how-to's for this combination.

its a good idea if you plan to ever use it for 3d or flybarless. so you dont have to send it back and pay for an upgrade. probably more resale value too.

I've been flying my scale MD-500E/Trex 600E heli with the HC3A and a DX 7/AR7100 without any problem.

The F8 won't work because it has its own receiver. The HC will work with any radio frequency band
