I'm thinking of buying the Tiger 50, read a couple of reviews sounds good. So is it a great heli or what? How's there customer support? :?:

John Beech,
The US distributor and owner of Audacity Models is one of the best in the industry when it comes to supporting his Tiger 50 product. I've been involved with John and the Tiger 50 for over a year, he's a modeler just like the rest of us and saw a need for a 50 size heli and brought it to the American market. It can be set up mild or wild right out of the box, parts are readily available and inexpensive, and the Tiger 50 comes in an ARF or Kit form, and there are quite a few field reps around the country to help you out.

John's customer service is second to none(I wish my local dealer was as good). Audacity Models is one few places where you will actually deal with the owner. John is also not afraid to make regular changes to improve his product. Some people look at these changes as admission of a problem, but I view it as continues improvement.
Very satisfied customer,

I ordered a set of upgraded blade grips the other day by sending an email to Audacity - The next morning I got a response from Lynn saying they had all the info they needed and they'd be shipped out asap. Today John personally called me to ask if I'd also like a set of the new washout arms that had just arrived, so I'd only pay for shipping once.
I've never experienced this level of direct-to-customer attention for anything before - it kind of catches you off guard. :) In addition, John is very active in the heli forums, asking for opinions, offering advice, and generally perpetuating the rumor that he must run on some kind of fusion reactor because I swear he doesn't have time to sleep.
Audacity Models has no rival in customer support.

Awe shucks folks, now I'm blushing (and yes, I really do find some time to eat and sleep, it's the lack-of-nookie that might finally do me in). :arggg:

vtjeep,
Either way, the Raptor (a worthy competitor) or our Tiger . . . you're in for the most fun you've ever had. R/C helis are a blast!
Finally, thank you for considering us, and our product.

As mentioned above, the Beech's offer some of the best customer support I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. You will love the Tiger, go for it! :D

Well I did buy a Tiger after all. So far I very happy with the quality of the workman ship of the kit. CUSTOMER SERVICE... I will have to agree with everyone else, I have never had a sincere person be concern with my sucess in the hobby of R/C Helis. I've been flying airplanes for 5 years and I also have a couple 1/8th scale nitro vechicles. I really enjoy their C.S. from Genesis Hobby, it's a breath of fresh air, surrounded by raw sewage! :noteworthy

Thank you for willing to help out, I'm sure I will have questions. This is my first Nitro copter, I have a Shogun (brushless is the only way to go!) and still new to the hobby. I'm just now working on forward flight.
