2006 MHA Fun Fly

Plans are already underway for the 16'th annual Maryland Helicopter Association Fun Fly to be held June June 2-4 (tentative) . Several years ago we opened up a second flight line for "novices and hovering" which seems to work well and people like.

I am thinking about NOT holding any formal competition events where we give out plaques etc that we have done for the past years, but I want to get peoples thoughts on that please. If you get a chance, please do the survey, or send some thoughts.

humm sure why not. it makes things more interesting. you have a bunch of men with expensive toys get together and not have some kind of compitition. :noteworthy

Hopefully no one from Florida voted. It will take you until July to figure out what the count really is. I may have to attend this event. Maryland is my Home. I was born and raised in Southern Maryland about 25 minutes from Waldorf, MD in a little town called Marbury. For those of you Military people I was 5 miles from the Naval Ordinance Station and about 1 mile from Stump Neck. So, I look forward to coming then.

We enjoyed the competitions held at the MHA event last year.... You should really continue with it.

I did so like the comment about a bunch of men getting together with their expensive toys too.
