I'm disappointed in Duralite. After a lot of thinking about I've decided to take the plunge and replace my battery systems with the Duralite products. This involves a lot of costs because I need batteries, regulators and a charger so it took me a while to get used to that.
The only thing left was for them to answer my email but for some reason they do not respond. I've sent 2 emails to Rachelle and 2 emails to Emory in the last week but no response.
It is not like I'm buying a 1$ product. If they want me to spend $200+ with them they do need to answer my email.
Did anybody else get a response from them last week?

Email is getting pretty unreliable these days, especially international due to all the spam and trojans-worms. I will call Jack this morning for you and alert them to the fact that you have emailed and have not heard back. Please PM me your email address, and so I can get it to them.

As William mentioned, with the newest virus running rampant. Email is about useless over the last few days. The Sasser worm is the latest virus to hit the WWW.
Duralite has always been quick to reply when they receive email or a phone call.

They are always very quick to respond via tele. They must be having trouble getting e-mail. The Duralites are well worth the cost in my opinion.

They were quick with their first email to me. It's only after that that I can not get in touch with them via email anymore. Let's hope they have had email problems and that they can solve them. baja170 is helping me to get them back in touch with me.
I'll let ya'all know what happened when I find out.

I just got off the phone with Jack at Duralite. They have not received any more or your messages, and they will email you very soon on the first email in your PM. :D
Jack said that he appreciated your persistence in making contact with Duralite.

Thanks to William(baja170) I got back in contact with Duralite. I'm still not sure what happened but apparently it involved never received emails on both sides. Well, none of that matters anymore, it's all OK now.
After I got back in contact everything went smooth and really fast. Rachelle is very efficient. I ended up buying 2 complete sets for 2 helicopters, ($$ouch) but I have a good feeling about it, especially since they will add 16 Gauge wires to both the regulators and batteries as a special request. This should make it the perfect solution for highly digital (read current consuming) setups in my opinion.
Thanks William.
