JR DSX9 not able to link aft Rx power reset
I have DSX9(9303) 2.4ghz radio and I was using it with spectrum receiver 6200 and RD921. I found out that if I disconnect receiver batt while Tx still on, and power up receiver won't connect, light keep blinking on both main rec and remote rec. To reconnect I have to power off RxTx and back on again on Tx first then Rx. Is this normal?

Try it, it probably linked.
The flashing LEDs tell you that the Rx detected a low voltage event. Notice the blink rate is different.
This is a feature added this past January along with teh Qucik Connect after a low votlage event.

You are right Pinecone, it does able to control even the blinking lights. Hmmm.... I still won't feel safe to fly with flashing light. I have not measure the voltage but it's a full chage lipo it got there, so I doubt it really detects low voltage. May be it's something else?
Is there any doc or manual explain the blinking light in the Rx side? There's nothing on spektrum website other than the binding manual which already come with Rx.
Thanks a bunch.

In short, correct way of power up the system would be. Off both. On Tx first, then Rx. Then you'll get solid light. Any blinking after flight indicate if has been power off reset before.

You said this happens when you disconnect the Rx battery. Well, when you disconnected the Rx battery, the voltage went to 0, so the Rx is telling you that. :)
Which is what I said before.
