Well , I guess I can join the LONG list of people who have discovered bad machining of parts . So far one of the bearing blocks that hold the tail pickup is not tapped correctly and does not hold the thread . Also the auto gear had a spot where the teeth are not cut as deep and a bind occurs at the same spot . I lightly sanded those areas on the gear and all is fine . I'm more so pissed that with the knowledge of such problems with others builders I am now forced to ship the part back and wait for reshipment at there end . This is unacceptable since what good does this part do you if defective and only delays my build . You waited two years to release this product and if you have'nt got good QC by now , what can I expect in the future . I can tell you now that I will not be investing in a second 90 or even looking at your 500 line . While some have experienced no build issues , it sucks when its you .
Augusto , hopefully you will get these issues straightened out fast , cause the number of people avoiding your product is going to grow . I will be shipping the parts back to you today ( sorry but miniature aircraft NEVER asked for a part back ... hmmmmm ) and now must put a major part of the build on hold . I feel like I'm beta testing

That's what it means when getting the 1st batch of anything... believe me you won't regret it...
I'm even thinking about getting a second one...

Should it happened to me, I would have bought additional parts that I would consider as spares later just to avoid any unfortunate delays...

I agree dogg that once built , it has been said its the best out there . I see quality in the kit but feel even as first batches leave we shouldnt have to deal with this . Dont forget he has had two years to work the bugs out so he doesnt get a pass . Had he released when the synergy was ( they were both designed around the same timeframe ) I could see early issues . There have been very little to no problems with the synergy like this , even out of the starting gates . I will be patient and keep an open mind , just hope this is the only roadblock in the build . I can see asking for a swash or a major part back before shipping , but there have been many posts on the blocks not being machined properly . He should just ship these small parts apon request . It goes along way for PR . Im on vacation this week and was looking forward to finishing , ohhh well .

Did you get your parts not trying to tick anyone off, But when I was missing parts
I got a reply that night and I was like wow thats quick. I know your not missing parts yours has thread issues but still you would think that they will respond just as fast. Good luck
