HI- Im new to heli's but have flown planes for years... Im thinking about getting a Raptor 50, and I have a dozen or so JR 4131's new in package ...would this servo be OK in a 50 size heli? I also have a new JR 4721 that I was thinking could go on collective. The only thing that concerns me is the speed... they are .22 & .23 sec @ 60 @ 4.8 vdc . This will be my first heli... and I really didnt want to plunk down another $300 or so for servos. What do you think? Anybody use these servos in heli's?
Thanks for your input....

I've been useing 4131's in my Tiger 50 and they have been working fine. If your just learning to fly the speed will be fine. I've just swithed mine out for 9252's because I have out growen the slow 4131's. Use what you have for know and upgrade as you need it later.

JR 4721
Torque: 119.6 oz/in
Speed: .22 sec/60 degrees
Dimensions: 0.73 x 1.52 x 1.32in
Weight: 1.72 oz
Bearing: dual
Motor Type: Coreless

Both servos are really overkill in a 50 size heli. They both will work well in the Raptor 50. Don't let the speed of the servos worry you.
