Guys,
I'm fairly certain that someone had a (preferably cheap) plastic head for sale. I'd really like to build up another 550 using a Rotorworkz frame, but I'm trying to keep the cost down. Am I going mad or was someone selling a cheap head recently ?.
Cheers,
Mike.

Mike,
I have a plastic head - with a CNC flybar cage - from when I bought my 550. PM me your address and I'll send you it (I'm near Statford upon Avon... you can collect it if you're local).
No swash... I had to use that as I busted the AR pin off mine in a crash.

http://www.rotorworkz.com/ (http://www.rotorworkz.com/)
email them or PM them here and see if they'll make the frame pieces.. they don't list the 550 on their site anymore..it's a shame too... I liked their frame

I'm thinking G10 frame, Helidirect / CNC heli tail, skorpion 1210 motor probably a Pentium ESC. I have some cheapo servos already or might get some Atlases, got a spare Logictech 2100T, undercarraige etc. Or I might just go all UnitedHobbies.

Oooh I'd be interested in the CNC tail and servos - how much would you want for those ?
