Hi!

Just want to inform U about the very good service ThundPower have been giving me.

I had two 10S4000ma batteries which have been mechanical damaged by the e-Raptor 50. One by the main shaft drilling a hole in one cell, and one battey destroyd because one cell was punctured by the plastic frame.

Both batterys have been working great until mechanical damaged, and both batterys will now be replaced to 1/2 price by tp even that it is not their fault that they are damaged. That is outstanding good service I think.

I therefore will use TP batteries in the future because of excellent quality, excellent power/weight ratio, excellent form factor designed for the new heliÂīs and outstanding good service.

Also I got a very quick reply from TP as soon as they had received my damaged batterys

Thanks to ThunderPower and Merry Christmas to tp and all of you great people on this forum.

Thanks

Regards

Paul

May have just been my experience, but I got reallybad service from them. I got a dead pack out of the box and it took almost 2 months to get it replaced.

In that 2 months I had to write numerous emails and phone calls so they would respond. I switched to Duralite and have never experienced better customer service from ANY retailer.

Like I said, it could just be a fluke and I was an exception...

Glad they took care of y'all, I'll have to tone down my griping about them since they are obviously not doing that to everyone. Just my luck I guess..

Thanks for the post

AAAAAHHHHH!!

OK, somebody that got good customer service please give me the contact info. you used.

The pack that I just got back from them (mentioned above) doesn't work. I put it on my Trex and nothing. I hooked it up to my digital load tester and nothing.

If I push really hard on the spot where the wires go into the pack, I get a good reading. Let go of it, nothing.

I would really appreciate some help, I would hate to just throw away $70.

Just to add my experience:

2 weeks to reply to an email, and even then the questions were not answered.

I am being put off of buying thunder power in the future.
