Just out of curiosity, i strapped on a mini camera too my trex 450 and took her up in bellevue WA. No electronic stabalizers... just a trex 450.

OK, I deleted this video and now have the HD version on post 5

how did you mount your camera.??

I have a trex 450 and want to mount a camera to it but it just seems there is no space on my heli to put it... and ill also have to make it home-made because i dont have money to get a special mount...

i was thinkin that if you made higher landing gear.. It would give me more space to mount the camera.. u think this would work??

Some people put trex 500 landing gear on the trex 450 for more room and it works pretty well. I'll take some pics of how I mounted mine tonight, but remmember that I am using a small video camera, not a standard point and shoot. If you want really level video, get an ap2000. I also use wooden booms with colors on the ends to aid in orientation.
