I posted the following in 'Aerial Video & Photography' and 'Century' but have not yet had any responce so I thought I would try you guys.

I'm looking for someone that uses a Predator for aerial movie work. I've short listed the Bergen and the Predator. A guy on RR told me that he would not recommend the Predator as it is not as easy to service or maintain and that the quality was not as good as the Bergen.

I'm going to look at a Predator but would like some opinions from those that fly them for aerial work in particular.

I think Bergan makes a machine that's aready set up for the job out of the box. He is always on this forum and not on the 'Darker Side' ieRR. His machines are set up for nitro gasser and Wren turbine power plants.
Mr Bergan seems to have a small army of satisfied customers, infact I've never seen anything even slighty negative about him or his machines. The Bergan Observer is the one I think.

Saw a Predator today, it looks very good, I may go that route. Been hunting through a load of posts and saw on an old RR post that you have 4eCCPM on your Predator. I would like this redundancy if I get one, could you post some close-ups of the system, I believe you made it. A close-up of the reserve tank system that you mentioned to Matt Jenner would be great too and any other nice little mods you would like to share.

Yes the Predator is a superb machine, I would be only too happy to help. 4CCPM is a good idea in my opinion although there are plenty who would disagree, in the end it's up tp you. As for the 'reserve tank' it's just a Hawk tank used as a header tank, its cheap and simple and has never let me down. It's plumbed in the same as you would a header tank. But I'm sure either myself or Matt will post up the pictures of his when we've done his.
Well it's his heli, so he will be the one posting and getting the glory. :D

Hi Bell,
forgive my ignorance. But I can't picture a 4CCPM setup. How would that work?

Renfru, you sound like a man in a hurry. Although I would never normally send anybody to 'The Darker Side' I think it would be a lot quicker for you to have a look at my past Predator mods and pictures there. Everything you need is written down in great detail and it would be quicker for you as there is alot of stuff and it would take a considerable time to duplicate it. All the best Bell

Looked at all your postings that I can find. Got the pic from Matts post of the location of the header tank, you pics of the 4eCCPM setup is not that clear thats why I asked for closeups.
