We need to kinda get a head count of the pilots that will be attending our event. We need to know this to make a good guess on how much food to buy for the cooking?

I am going to be in Columbia on Friday, and have to drive back to Charleston, then back up there. Might have to come Saturday morning.

Some of the guys I fly with are going to make it, we are only 1.5 hours drive away.
I heard is good fun, someone mention 125 pilot last year, that sound big.

That was actually in '06. That was the 2nd event ever that I had been to and WOW! It was awesome. Always a blast at the SHEEP!!!

Are there rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn or Jameson Inn for the event or any special pricing negotiated with the hotels?
This is coming up quickly and we need to make arrangements,

Define "Cheap" I looked at the Holiday Inn web site, $108, Jameson was $139

And if someone can help us out with the name(s0 of some hotels nearby, that would be graet. Not sure if I will come for just one day ro two yet. The cost of hotels will help make that decision.

I got some 600 parts booms, torque tube ,bearings,:confused:boom supports, fins , main shafts bezel gears one ways anyone want a good deal on them i dont need them anymore can pick up at blacksheep

Apparently there is a Clemson football game the same weekend so rates are going to be high about any where. Joy!
That was the case a couple of years ago. The event was the same weekend as a Clemson home game.Rooms were scarce and rates were high. Greenville was about the only place rooms were available.

Will you need to come a day earlier so you can go for a ride along in the new charger. Already chased a CBR 900 in it and caught him. I will have to show you the video when you get up here.
