I can't seem to find out why I have 5 deg forward and 7 aft. My Xtremes were never like this. And the Ale. has equal throws.
Any suggestions.
Thanks in Advance

Chris,
Is this a conversion or full kit?

Did you use the elevator bellcrank that came in the conversion kit? Or did you use the elevator bellcrank from the heli you converted? I have not had the two different bellcranks in my hand to see how they differ. The elevator bellcrank on the Stratus has a different part number than the other plastic bellcranks.

I believe I used the one out of the conversion kit and the one in the xtreme is still in it. for the elev.

Most of the time this is a measurement error.
Are you absolutely certain that the swash plate is level when measuring your cyclic?
Are you locking the flybar perpendicular to the mainshaft?
Are you starting with 0 degrees of pitch after performing the first two steps?
Are you phasing the head so the flybar is exactly parallel to the tailboom? (or alternatively ensuring the inner swash balls line up with the antirotation bolt and the holes in side of swash)
If all the above are YES, or you did them and still show a difference....
At electronic 50% on servos(main trims and subtrims zero), are your horns all perfectly mounted 90 degrees to the servo case - utilizing a template - and preferably not using subtrim?
Are the top surfaces of your left and right bellcranks perpendicular to mainshaft?
Drawing a line from the elevator pivot bolt to the upper bellcrank ball , is this line parallel to the mainshaft? (use a nice wide straightedge aligned with those two points, and you can easily compare to mainshaft)
If the answer to these questions is 'yes'.....
Watch carefully and be sure your elevator servo wheel isnt binding on the servo support. If it is, you need to grind some more.
That outta get you started I suppose.
And finally - are you flying an Airtronics Stylus?
