My Remote did Not come with a binding plug. Can anyone tell how to make one? Can I just use a jumper from 1 pin to the other pin leaving the center one untouched?

I have a AR9000 Receiver.

That's all a bind plug is. Connect the two outer pins on a servo plug.

All I have to do Is disconnect a servo and connect a jumper between the the 2 outer pins on the receiver?

No, it has to be the battery-port.

Yep, but you need to power the tx anyway, just put the battery in some other port, and you'll be fine.
