Acces Problems

I have had a PM on RR from a guy who has been trying to register here but is having problems, a message saying something about capital letters?

I know he's not the only one who has tried to register here and failed as another RR member actually had a thread on RR about the fact he could not register.

What should I tell this guy to do?

Ask them to include the username they want to use, and we can look them up and get it squared away.
Unfortunately this happens from time to time, fortunately not too often.

Have you looked in the member list and see if they have actually registered?
I saw the person that your probably referring to name on the newly registered list yesterday.
