hi Evan,

finally flew my electrics today and got to put the BC6-10 to some real use today............another fellow showed up with a charger he got from HobbyCity that he claimed he bought because it does balancing..............say what?

anyways, the crowd gathered around and i hopefully have pushed some future sales your way.
the guys in my club go for quality, so the HobbyCity stuff is something they WERE NOT even giving any consideration. they really liked the Bantam though.
the BC6-10 works GREAT!!
but of course when one is having fun flying, waiting for batteries to charge can be a pain right?
so, i'm now asking myself, do i buy another BC6-10, or rig mine up to do some dual charging............if rigging mine up to do dual charging is doable, and accurate not to mention i do not want to jeapordize the durability of the charger, then i will be all ears to your advice.

BTW, i am using EagleTree V3 onboard recorders to monitor my volts,RPM,AMPS and Mah draw, and comparing the Mah draw against what the Two-Meter shows for what's left is almost 100% deadon...................this really helps to dial in the flight time.

Awesome! Yeah, it amazes me sometimes that people trust a low cost Chinese charger with no support or backing to charge their expensive batteries.

Yesterday I flew my Showtime 90 e-conversion. (no heli's this week). I have 2 sets of batteries. Set #1 is a Kokam 4000 9S config (6S & 3S) and Set #2 is a FP 4900 EVO25 10S config (6S & 4S). 4 batteries with me, about $1000 worth of packs.

No way would I risk these packs on a cheap charger.

Attached are 2 pics. 1 Showing my charging setup. 2 Bantam e-Station BC6-10's, 30 amp power supply and a 12V power strip to distribute the power. 2nd pic is the FP & Kokam 6S packs, just came off the Storage charge.

Just purchased one of these myself. Bob's videos pretty much sold me because it was so easy to learn about a more complex charger.

ALSO, the video on dual pack charging sold me as well. It is suprisingly hard to find a setup that will let you charge 2 3s packs let alone tell you how to do it.

I got the -10 model. I would've LIKED to see a connector that allows you to swap out banana plugs and alligator clips, but I guess it has to be generic. So I did it myself and I'm totally styling now with being able to plug into my new power supply and then swap in the gator clips if I go out.
