Yeah, the best way is to get the evo 90, the avant upgrade kit, and the programmable head all at one, but if your poor like me, get it flying first, and then buy the avant programmable head. The only thing is, if you plan to fly the evo head extensizely, get a metal upgrade for the center yoke, the plastic ones have a habit of breaking if you fly them hard. Mine will be here tomorrow :glasses2: .
Whats the part number for the Evo metal yoke fly boy?

Is the boom longer on the advant compared to the stock evo 90? Reason Im asking because I wanted to know if you could use 710 mains with 105 tails on these birds..or are you restricted to using 95's with the 710's. Oh and these are shaft driven tail rotors right?

It's the same boom, so you have to use 95's with 710's. They use a belt drive, which is very strong.

I use 710's with 95's on the tail and it flys awesome....lots of tail authority and i still havnt put the speed up gear in it for the tail.

I have the speedup gear in mine, so I'll have to do some thorough testing this weekend. The only thing to watch out for is if you live in a colder climate like I do, get the delrin countergears for the tail, as the nylon ones will explode in the cold weather, otherwise they should be fine.
