Does anyone here have any experience/comments on the Bell 47?

I had one for over 8 years - sold it recently as someone offered me a price I couldn't refuse....but I do plan do do another....and even detail it more.
Take the extra time to install the doors with the hinging system they provide - really adds a lot to the heli.
I used an OS46 - more then enough power - could easily loop, roll and even fly inverted.
Get the accessory/muffler package - gets the muffler under the servo tray out of site. (I had to cut about 1/8 " off of the mufflers header to move it back a bit so that it would not butt up against the lower canopy attachment.)
This thing flies very well and due to its low weight (mine was a hair over 8 lbs.) it also autos with ease.

Thanks for the info. How is customer/dealer support if you need parts for it?

I only had one mishap with it - needed a canopy windshield and the boom - no problem getting them.
Ditto for the other Century helis I have owned over the past 10 years or so.
