THANKS!!

Thanks to all of you for coming and flying with us. You guys made the event a success, not us. You were polite, nice, very fun to hang out with guys (not to mention some great pilots - Jake Bottita, Im talking to you bud ). We had no major issues, frequency problems, or any other real problem (other than the freak Friday weather) that I am aware of. Sunday we had most of you still here and we got some great flights in today as well

Just to set the record straight I was not the CD by any stretch - that was Gary Travis, I considered myself more of the secretary dude Gary did great work and effort into this event and we thank him and IRCHA for their hard work and support. James Larsen - our club president put in ALOT of work and effort into this thing and his family did as well (anyone that grabbed some food was able to see the Larsen family in action). John Morgan and Nic Morgan did LOTS as well, including running a flawless impound and the contests for us - and they were BUSY. Jake Ervin made the safety officer job look easy, he did really well and may have earned the same job next year . Also, Dave and Michael Shanks stepped into many various posts to help out and worked their tails off either at the registration desk, getting people signed up, getting supplies, etc.

If I missed anyone, let me know. Also have to thank the families and wives that stepped in and gave so much effort for us (mine included). This sounds like an Oscar speech, sorry. But gotta thank the vendors also: IRCHA, World Class Models, Heliproz, Ricks RC, Desert Heliz, Modefos Helis, Magnum Fuels, Callies Graphics, PHI Helicopters, and any others I may have missed.

Biggest thanks to the pilots that came - lets do it again next year!!
