Me Like 3D

Yep, Its me again. I have now somehow killed another part on my Stinger .30. Went out to go fly. Fueled up, and tried to start the motor. it wouldn't start, so kept trying. Add a couple more clicks off up trim on the throttle and when I go to start the motor, the hex starter coupling(thats is bolted and loctited to the starter shaft) spins and does not turn motor over. I'm talking about the starter shaft connected to the motor, so theres no confusion. Packed up and went home. Got home, took the hex coupling off the end off the shaft to find metal shavings. Dropped the motor out off the bottom and the end of the starter shaft. This has happened before, but the nuts have just come loose, not stayed tight. Since the nuts were still tight when it spun, they ground a grove in the shaft(see picture). I am seriously having problems. Its come to the point were everytime I go to the field I have to repair or fix something.
