BC6-10 noise charging at 10amp plus STOP Charging

Hi !

I have a new BC6-10 and the charger have a problem.

When i start to charge my 70amp Pb battery at 10amp on my new BC6-10 i cant charge because the charger stops the charge and make a terrible noise.

This is a problem? the charger dont smel like burn circuits.

Any help?

If i charge at 7 amp at this time the noise is low and i cam finish the charge.

The noise sounds like the fan blades are off track. The charger would not make any noise other than the fan. What you can do is remove the side plate on the left and the fan is right there. The bottom of the fan is probably off the shaft or not on the shaft correctly.

The fan is working perfect the sound is like some component is starting to explode .

is not the fan if you need olher video tipo please tell me i can make another one ! This charger have maximum 30 days of life. and the fan working like a discharge mode is running perfect.

I’m making a new video for you see the fan is not the problem but i think some circuit inside of the charger or maybe the charger have a problem charging leed acid battery at 10 amps.

we have not heard from similar problems before.
Anyway, we recommend you to contact bantam directly at www.bantamtek.com and ask for advice this might be the fastest way to clear this matter. They are speaking english.
