I forward this topic to www.realflight.com the tech responed back to me. Here is what they had to say about the server and host.
The list server for RealFlight only provides a resource where multiplayer sessions can be posted by hosts who would like to make their open sessions available to other RealFlight users. The list server does not host or manage the multiplayer sessions themselves.
To ensure you have the best possible conditions for hosting or joining a multiplayer session, here are a few guidelines you can follow:
PLEASE NOTE: These guidelines should be followed by ALL players who wish to join (or host) a multiplayer session.
(1.) Make sure ALL players and the host have the same version of RealFlight G3 installed. The version number for your current installation of RealFlight should appear at the top of the G3 Launcher Window as 3.00.???. Make sure ALL players and the host have the same version installed (ideally, everyone should have the latest build of G3 "3.00.410").
(2.) If you have Norton Antivirus or any other virus scan or system protection/monitoring utility running whenever you attempt to join or host a multiplayer session, it is possible that those utilities are blocking or causing a conflict with the connection process. Since these types of utilities in particular are especially suspect with your problem description, please try disabling those utilities and any other background applications that are running before you attempt to join or host a multiplayer session. The same recommendations apply to ALL players in a multiplayer session.
(3.) If you are connecting to the internet through a router or any other kind of firewall/internet filter, it is possible that the device you are using is not properly configured for allowing a multiplayer session to establish or maintain. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation for any internet filtering devices you are using to set those devices up for allowing a multiplayer session.
Also, To play Microsoft DirectX multiplayer games through a firewall, a proxy server, Network Address Translation (NAT), or Internet Connection Sharing (ICS), the ports required are listed below for using RealFlight G3.
NOTE: To ensure DirectPlay compatibility, the latest version of DirectX should be installed on the computers used by ALL PLAYERS who participate in the game.
The following TCP and UDP ports must be open on the firewall or proxy server to allow for DirectX DirectPlay multiplayer:
Connection Ports for Client Configuration Ports for Host Configuration
Initial TCP Connection------------------6073 Outbound--------------------------------6073 Inbound
Subsequent UDP Inbound-----------2300-2400----------------------------------------2300-2400
Subsequent UDP Outbound---------2300-2400---------------------------------------2300-2400
To verify that these ports are open or to open these ports, please contact your network administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
