I can't read Portugese. But appears to me by the pictures that someone is polishing and camfering the intake ports to allow the fuel and air to flow smoother.
As for the modification on the carb, just enlarging the body openings of the carb is not going to help. The barrel of the carb would also have to be enlarged to flow more air and fuel.
Can't really tell what size engine that is, but I am guessing it is an OS 50. If it is a Hyper 50 I don't see why anyone would want to modify it. That engine makes more power than is usable by 50 size helis.
