As all retailers and public servants know, it doesn't take much to inspire someone to display their anger or displeasure with you.

It takes a lot, however, to get someone to go out of their way to write or call when they are pleased and the transaction or job is over with.

Here is my post saying I am extremely pleased with Duralite Customer Service. They definitely went out of their way to please me. :D

I wanted to put up a new post with an appropriate subject line for people looking for info. because my other post saying I was pleased was buried under another unrelated subject line.

Here is just the latest; I had a deadline to get the product before I left for vacation with my heli (Fury) and I destroyed the battery. DL Customer service responded with an immediate phone call and gave me all the options and costs of getting it to me in time.

Anyway, Thanks!

These guys really are nice and professional., and spent time with me on the phone to make sure I got what I wanted. The only other place Ive gotten service like this was from Rick's.

I had to deal with Thunder Power a few months ago and am just getting the problem resolved after numerous emails and calls with nothing but excuses (replacement battery out of stock, weren't put together yet, need to analyze my battery, holiday delays, etc.).

Are you listening Thunder Power??!!

Maybe you can take a lesson from these guys before you go under. You may be cheaper, but I'm a whole lot more confident with what I just bought and I haven't even got it yet, just talked to the people....and the cost isn't as much of an issue after buying all the hardware.
