Hey guys, my husband is parting with his glow plane. We really want to put the $$ into another project. Here's the details:

"The Pacific Aeromodel Edge 540T 40/70 is the perfect aerobatic model for the seasoned pilot or the person tired of trying to do aerobatics with their trainer. I bought this Edge because it is a great flier...my first PA Edge lasted well over one-hundred flights, so I wanted another one just like it. This plane flies like it's a much bigger plane with great stability and slow landing speed.

I wish I could keep this plane, but an electric helicopter is taking it's place, so I need to find a good home for this newly finished, never flown aerobat. I hate that I have to offer the plane for such a low price, but it must go. This price is firm.

Engine: YS-63S four-stroke (five gallons of fuel through it)

Prop: APC 13x4 Wide (2)

Servos-Throttle(1)/Aileron(2): JR NES-537's

Servos-Elevator(2) and Rudder(1): JR DS-811 digitals

Battery: 2350mah Li-Ion 7.4V pack with Duralite 6.0V Failsafe switched regulator

Receiver: JR R770S PCM (Ch. 47 or 50 crystals available)

Additional items: Carbon Fiber landing gear is being added

THIS AIRCRAFT HAS NOT BEEN FLOWN -- BRAND NEW -- FULLY ASSEMBLED!!!

Engine just returned from full service by YS Engines . All new gaskets and diaphram.

JR R770 Receiver just returned from full checkout by the JR Service Center at Horizon Hobby. All DS811 digital servos are new and not previously used.

My preference is for a LOCAL PICK-UP (Sacramento, CA area), but if that can't be arranged, shipping through Greyhound is a possibility with added cost of $50 for shipping.

PayPal is the quickest way to pay, but add 3% to cover the price of their service."

We both really loved this plane...but as you can see...a heli is taking it's place!!! I'm so proud of my husband!

Jeanette,

What is the price (unless I'm blind)?? I know you said the price was firm but don't keep us guessing :D

Too bad you are not in ND anymore this would be a lot easier to pickup!

DOH!

I just copied and pasted all that stuff in quotes from my hubby's ad in RCU. He wants $550 for a local pickup...$600 and we'll build a box and ship it via Greyhound.

This really is a great plane! My husband wrote a review and posted all of his critiques on RCU. The manufacturer used all of this feedback to make the ARF better from the get-go after they saw how many people started buying this plane from reading his review.

We've got $900+ in this setup and tried selling it once for $750, but had no luck. No one wants to spend $$$ on a quality setup. You can fly this plane with alot less money in the equipment, but I'm tellin' you, it flies awesome with that Y.S. in it! And that engine is barely broken in now. That has to be my favorite glow engine ever owned.

Well, enough said. Someone please buy this plane!
