Ok, I have just upgraded my old 1001 to a 31.5" boom with a torque tube. Now my linkage is to short :(

Should I just get a longer front pushrod, or should I get the rear tail servo mount and the graphite linkage setup?

If I go the rear tail servo mount direction, what all do I need to get? (Part numbers would be helpful) :)

If I go the longer pushrod route, can someone tell me what size rod that is? I can figure out the length, just need to know the diameter and the thread type.

Thanks,
Todd

MA originally sold a kit to extend the pushrod when going from the 30 inch boom to the 31.5 inch boom.

This consisted of a short piece of pushrod and a coupling to join the rods.
The rod has 2mm threads on it. The coupling was just a piece of plastic with hole thru it. Then it was threaded on the end of both pieces of rod to join them.
You could cut the shank off a ball link and do the same thing.

Thanks David, I used a spare piece of pushrod and the shank off a ball end as you suggested. Works great.
