Colud someone tell me what you have to do to get a host session to work properly?
Thanks,
Steve

Or do you have a firewall installed and set to on? I've found with mine on it doesn't work.

No firewall installed.
I think Will is on to it because I think when the other party inputs the IP & port # they get a check network configuration type error.

There is a port you have to map in your router to host G3. I forgot which one. PM Rodney or BigVanVader and they can help.

I wish I could help but I cant.....I cant host sessions either.....when I try and host I get an error that says"unable to find public IP address, please check network configuration".....im sure I need to forward a port but im clueless as to how to do it....when i was on dial-up i had no problem hosting...then i got DSL and im assuming it has to do with the DSL modem.

this is a problem many G3 owners are facing (including me) , I checked the support forum on realflight.com and many are complaining with no one answering them..
they mentioned something about G3 not being compatible with NAT , I do not know what NAT is! I also tried everything, I disabled all firewall and even the norton antivirus.. still no effect! same "cannot find IP..." problem..
i'll look more into it and get back to you guys!
