Problems with down load

Hey has any one else had problems down loading updates or files from :Reflex ?
It was working just fine for the last month or so but now when I down load from the site the down load dialog box never shows up but the shopping cart shows a completed down load :arggg: what the hell is going on?????? :bomb:

I can't even register on the site, much less download a demo...
