Well I am getting a bunch of email on this:
Here is the deal. You need a new motor mount plate from Min Air. The plates are designed for a specific motor. The new plate will match the new 3mm mount screws and it is a bit thicker. You DO NOT use the OS spacer plate (small circular one that says OS on it). That plate was intended for the PS motor.
If you can not wait, I would find some shims with an ID of 3mm and OD of 3.5mm. The gap will be a bit wide with the OS PS bottom plate but it will work. You can also install an extra thin washer .010 I believe in between the fan and motor so you have 2 washers in there (stock OS and one thinner one) and that will take up the space. The fan to clutch gap should be about .025 to .030 or in that ballpark. Do not run the gap much less as you risk the 2 metal parts touching in flight and you could experience a lockout or RF problem.
