O.K. guys, I've been made a goof of again, seems this is not so hard a task to accomplish. Remember last summer when I thought we might get 100 tooth gears in, and then the deal soured? Well, guess what, we ARE getting them in after all. Should be in next week. Just the thing for you 32-3 guys who would like to knock a bit off your headspeed.

Hmmm...
Now I have to work numbers for my 32-4 and see what I can get.
Maybe I can get that sucker as efficent as the 2 stage. :D

Thats great :D my 32-3 will be here any day.
What headspeed do you get using the 95t and what is it using the 100t ?

Something like 2160 unloaded on 9.5:1 and 2050 unloaded on 10:1....best to just think of the difference as 100 rpm.
I really like the 10:1 ratio, you have a little less rpm but you gain a little torque and more importantly, flight time. Expect the machine to pull about 5 amps less in a hover.

I finally talked to Chris today and he said end of next week on the 100T main gears. Looking forward to trying one iwth the 32-3 setup.

Here to Simon, 35 degrees but gusting to 50+ MPH. Not exacyly a good day for flying...
