9ZHP Trim Offset Function - TOF

As I understand it if you want your trim settings to be saved in each flight mode, say Normal and IDL1, you activate the TOF function in those modes. Does it need to be activated in both the Normal and IDL1 function for this to work ?

I believe what I want to do with seperate trims for each flight mode is handled in the TRM menu where you can set trims as Combined or Separate.

Yes you want to Seperate the trims in each flight condition in the Trim menu.
I combine the Rudder trims in all conditions
I separate Aileron and Elevator in every condition.
I combine Throttle in all conditions except Throttle Hold, it is Separated.
The reason I do that is I use a slider to control the idle in throttle hold only.
