Below is a post from Uli Streich with Vario Germany. He is wanting to clear up some rumors that have been going around:
Dear VARIO Customers
It has come to our attention, that someone has started a rumour, that VARIO Helicopter Germany was going to replace its current importer, East Coast Scale Helicopters.
This could not be further from the truth. Since East Coast Scale Helicopters has taken over the importation rights to our helicopters, we have had only positive comments from many modelers about their
experience with East Coast.
We also know that with the amount of product which East Coast orders on a regular basis, that a customer in the US, or Canada, is not waiting long for any parts or kits, such as was the case with the past importer.
Statements from the past importer telling customers that VARIO was always out of stock, was not the truth. VARIO Helicopter Germany
has distanced ourselves very far away from the past importer of our product, and we would never have our name associated with a business, which has caused so much harm to the modelers in the helicopter community.
We welcome any comments from modelers, and hope that this statement takes care of any rumours now or in the future.
