Hi all,

Wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I'm having with the above gyro. The problem is when I get the heli into the air and adjust the rate and heading hold so that the tail is stable it works well. But then when I come home and recharge the batteries and go back out again I have to go through the whole tail setup again.

It doesn't seem to matter what I do, I will adjust the rate first so that holds, then remove the servo creep in HH, test and adjust the rate again and check the HH. That works for that flight but the next will be totally different sub-trim to stop the creep and adjusting the servo for rate mode.

Heli specs:

Belt CP stock frame
Copterx cnc head and tail
Gaui GU-210 HH gyro
DX6i
4 x SG-90's

Cheers in advance people.

I don't have that problem with my logictech 2100 ,there is a qualty difference :noteworthy

Is there anyway of making it more stable, I cant afford to buy another gyro and really want to be able to have confidence in the tail as I am moving into forward flight.

How do I solve this???

To blinkydamo
This conversation means not that your gyro is bad we've tested several gyro's and are still testing :) :)

So I just have to put up with adjusting the tail every flight till I can afford to get a 2100 or 401?

A good option is to acclimatize ( my english is getting bad) the heli with battery connected foe about 5 min and reset

Probably so yes. I have to make minor adjustments for each day, sometimes even when I change batteries. I currently have the new Esky HH gyro, which does not do a great job on my machine - ok maybe I am crap at setting it up, but my copter flew well enough on the old Esky rate gyro.
