Will a outrage 8s 4200 fit in this heli? That's what I'm planning to use with a scorpion 890 4025

I'm going to use the Scorpion 4020-1100 on 6s as it will deliver good performance with nice run times. The 4020-1390 is the hot ticket for power if your wanting to use the Scorpion brand on 6s.
The NEU 1907H/1Y is the Outrage recommended motor on 6s. It should be awesome.
If I was going to run 8s I'd use the Outrage 8s 4200 bricks with a Scorpion 4020-910 or a NEU 1907H/1.5Y

Steven flew two batteries this morning on the Scorpion motor in 30+ mph winds testing Charley's new setup, (show it to you in Orlando) :...: ;) it held great, 6S 5000 pack handles the strong blowing winds down here with no problem.
